Wednesday Night Menu

Menu: Poppy Seed Chicken, Rice, Vegetable Medley, Rolls and Garden Salad. Dessert: Fruit or Hot Chocolate Fudge Cake. Kids: Grilled cheese sandwiches, Fries or self-serve PB&J 

Vicky's Sharing Closet

Hand-me-downs for kids of all ages. If you are interested in getting in on the action or would like to donate your gently used kids clothing. Please email Vicky Mossuto at vickyannm@comcast.net.

Ash Wednesday Worship

We will hold two worship services on Wednesday, February 22nd at 6 PM (immediately following 5:15 PM dinner). A traditional service with Pastor Bruce and the Chancel Choir will be held in the Sanctuary, while a family service led by Pastor Dale and children will be held in the Family Life Center. 

Scholarships - Camp & College

Do you have a child or youth planning to attend Camp Leesburg... or college or graduate school? Then complete a camp scholarship application or college scholarship application ASAP.

We Want Your Giveaway Pile

The Guatemala Garage Sale & Car Wash is quickly approaching. Begin making your spring cleaning pile to donate to this huge multi-family garage sale benefitting the Guatemala Mission on March 10.  Youth will be washing cars too!   

Preschool Fundraising Dinner

Ever Want to Join a Handbell Choir? 

Our Handbell Choir is a diverse bunch of music lovers and is open to ages fourteen to older adult. What they have in common is a love of ringing and a desire to share God's love through music. They have discovered a special camaraderie born of sharing bells, sheet music, and laughter. They even find that playing handbells is a great stress reliever! AND playing bells burns 150 calories in 60 minutes! Contact Darren Dailey at d.dailey@comcast.net.

FL United Methodist Children's Home Bus Tour

On Saturday, March 17 at 7:45 AM, the church bus will depart for the annual Day on Campus at the Florida United Methodist Children's Home (FUMCH).  FUMCH has a wonderful morning of tours and programs planned that will culminate with lunch for all attendees. To sign up to ride the bus, please call the church office at 396-2676 or email Melissa Frankie at m.frankie@southsidemethodist.org
