Money Counter Sign-Up

Personal Qualifications: pay attention to detail, keep the confidence of handling church members' donations, and a willingness to provide a much needed service to Southside while enjoying the company of others. 

Our Financial Secretary will guide you through the process of:

  • counting the cash, noting whether it came from Sunday offering, envelopes, memorials, Sunday school collection, Wed. night dinner, etc.,
  • preparing the deposit slip.

    • We need 4 teams of 3 people to serve as money counters for the church.  If we can get these 4 teams, your time commitment would be ONLY 1-1.5 hours once per month, such as first Monday, second Tuesday, etc. 

    You can let us know when you are available, anytime of the day or evening, Monday-Thursday and we will try to accommodate you accordingly.
